Israel Help changed our lives. We had nothing, and they gave us everything.
A Mother’s Letter of Hope
My name is Sara Cohen, and I am the mother of four wonderful children.
Several years ago, I married a man without knowing about serious financial problems from his past. Although he works hard every day, much of his income goes toward paying old debts. As time passed, our situation became more difficult. Bills piled up, legal issues followed, and there were days when I did not know how we would make it through the week.
As a mother, nothing is more painful than seeing your children go without the things they need. I often felt helpless when my children looked to me for comfort and answers that I simply could not provide.
Then the Israel Help and Education Center stepped into our lives. They helped us with school expenses, holiday assistance, food deliveries, and essential supplies for our children.
Their kindness restored hope to our family. They reminded us that even during life’s darkest moments, there are people who care deeply and are willing to help.
I am profoundly grateful to Mr. Yaakov Levin and his dedicated staff for helping my family and so many others in need.
Today, I share my story because there are still countless families carrying silent burdens—worrying about food, rent, bills, and their children’s future. Your support can bring hope, dignity, and relief to a family that feels forgotten.
Together, we can change lives.
